At Good Soul Counseling, my goal is to create a safe, supportive space where healing and growth can truly happen. I take a comprehensive, client-centered approach, rooted in psychodynamic therapy, to help individuals navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity and resilience.
I specialize in working with individuals facing addiction and the ways it impacts their relationships, families, and overall well-being. Beyond addiction, I also support clients dealing with anxiety and depression, grief and loss, suicidal thoughts, self-identity and self-esteem struggles, stress, and trauma. No matter where you are on your journey, I am here to walk alongside you with understanding and encouragement.
To best support each person’s unique needs, I incorporate a variety of evidence-based approaches, including EMDR, motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, brain change neuroscience, mindfulness, communication skill building, dialectical behavior therapy-informed strategies, internal family systems-informed techniques, and personal growth development.
